INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

​Our individual therapy sessions, are designed to provide a compassionate and supportive environment filled with warmth and humor. Each session lasts 55 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or adjusted based on your treatment goals. I am here to help you navigate your journey towards healing and personal growth. Your well-being is my priority, and I look forward to working together.

STRESS MANAGEMENT/ANXIETY

Individuals often report feeling stuck and frustrated about their particular stress and anxiety describing a pattern of starting a plan to cope but feeling overwhelmed and quitting. Individuals also report frustration that their anxiety keeps coming back. Therapy provides you the space to allow you to find ways to better manage the ongoing cycle of stress and anxiety. Imagine allowing yourself opportunities to explore ways to feel less anxious, more self confident by creating a place for wellness in your day to day life, allowing you to thrive not just survive.

MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS 

Receiving and coping with  a new medical diagnosis can be overwhelming and filled with uncertainty. Our sessions together  will make it possible to find meaning and purpose in  life despite a medical diagnosis. Working together we can explore  small steps towards self-care leading to empowerment and resilience. Our sessions can also address concerns related to self advocacy in the health care system.

DEPRESSION

Individuals often tell me their depressive symptoms seem to have appeared suddenly or have been more of a life long struggle with brief remission of their symptoms. In partnership we explore the repetitive patterns that create and maintain your symptoms, and create the coping strategies to help you establish and maintain resilience and adaptability and maintain the better days you deserve.

ADDICTION RECOVERY

Feeling ambivalent is a natural and expected part of your decision to address your need to maintain sobriety. In partnership our sessions will provide the opportunity to discuss motivation, cope with urges and address relapses. This will increase your self confidence, resilience and adaptability tools that you may already possess but have never allowed yourself to explore. Imagine giving  yourself this investment to allow the better days you are seeking.

CO-DEPENDENCY

Individuals often report stress related to having experienced poor relationships; these can be family relationships, romantic relationships and friendships. Learning how to identify repetitive patterns of relationships can help you move forward to create the healthier relationships you deserve. Our sessions together will make it possible to explore past relationships patterns and build a new foundation that allows you to increase your self confidence with creating the relationships you want in your life.

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Life can provide many opportunities for change some we plan for, others are thrown at us. Our sessions together will make it possible to talk about coping with uncertainty, and  explore meaning and purpose in change. Therapy gives you space to explore feelings of loss, anxiety, and uncertainty, while also fostering resilience and adaptability.
